I’m a complete BMX novice, so my benchmark is coming from that perspective. Bellflower BMX is a really nice facility - well maintained track, knowledgeable staff, and the setting is really nice for an evening workout. I only go for practice on Wednesdays, the energy is mellow, a lot of space to practice different aspects of the course. I really appreciate that they operate the gate during practice since that’s one of the areas I need to work on. I definitely recommend visiting their website for information about gear and their schedule, and give them a call if you have any additional questions - they were helpful when I was getting started.

My two year old has not had any interest in his balance bike. Brought him here to watch practice and all he wanted to do was ride his bike. He loved it. We brought dinner with us and watched the practice. Lots of kids.

First time to the track. The family had a blast. Track was in great shape, and everyone we talked to was super friendly. They also have canopies and real restrooms...which is a bonus with younger kids. Will make the trek back up from Temecula again

I don't know if they rent bikes but they do have helmets !!!! Check with Tammy Estep the best Track Operator in the Country !!!
Yes it does, you need a bmx usa membership at $60. Then depending on the race, or practice it costs.
Yes. Show up with long sleeves, long pants and a helmet, and you can ride your mountain bike on the BMX track. Probably want to lower your seat post. There is also some safety equipment for rent as well if you need some.
