We had a wonderful experience with the entire adoption process here. The people here obviously care about the well being and placement of the animals they are caring for. They were so helpful in answering questions. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to add a pet to their family!

This is my beautiful baby boy I got the other day from Doddridge County humane society. He is the most affectionate little sweet face on earth at 8 months old!!! I am so glad I have him in my life and he is like a kid curious about everything!! Thank you to the great staff that worked there.

It is $75 for a voucher. The shelter pays the rest. Best bet to call the shelter during operating hours 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday - Sat. for details. They are closed today. (New Year's Day)

Yes puppies go fast so keep in touch with the folks daily after your first visit.
