I have been on the phone two days. Now since yesterday I have another package showing delivered to my home both have not been delivered to my home in Lewis. Two in one day. I have another out for delivery. Driver is not delivering the packages to my home. Can't get any help via phone have talked to three people. All they say is file a claim takes 14 days. Last time they delivered my bank card to a field.

Very disappointed in UPS. For loosing my product. It was to be delivered on the 11th of March nope not here. Where did it go it said it was coming it showed me. Then all of sudden info gone. This isn't the first time this has happened. Where did they put my products beings they didn't deliver it.

Not delivering to our house, taking packages directly to the PO BOX of a post office that is only opened for a couple hours a day. I'm going to file a formal complaint. One of the drivers is good the old guy doesn't even try to deliver.
