Such a nice place. I went in to get moving boxes and Ray was super helpful he even gave me extra tape. It was such a breath of fresh air I haven’t had a great customer service like this in a while. Would definitely recommend

I came in looking for a special box to ship a veteran, a marine, a special gift and Ray and Shawn helped me without hesitation. When Ray heard about it going to a veteran, he didn't charge me. I went to the UPS store across the street and they were rude and didn't want to help me. They made me special size box. Thank you so much!!!!

I highly recommend Extra Space Storage in Sunland! The manager, Ray, was so helpful with making sure I had the best unit available for the best price - and he went the extra mile in making it happen quickly and smoothly. I’ve never had a better experience with storage service or with climate controlled units.
