I recently had Maine Fire & Security install a security system in my home. I was very happy with the service from start to finish. They were prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and explained things well. I felt a lot more comfortable having professionals determine what type of system was best for my home, where to place the equipment, etc. than trying to handle it on my own. The technician clearly explained how to use the system and the system itself is very easy to use.

They made sure we picked out the system that was right for our home, giving us the freedom to pick from their many options. When they were here, they worked tirelessly and efficiently to install the system, and took the time to explain how to use it in detail. The system itself is extremely user friendly, and we have had no problems navigating it! The camera’s quality is amazing! They were creative and resourceful when considering the location of our cameras and sensors, taking into account appearance, weather, and discreetness.
