I'm very, very sad. We've eaten at this Papa John's as our conference dinner every year for years. This is the first time we've had so many problems. They told us someone had tried to steal their AC unit which messed up their walk-in fridge. That explained why there was no ice. Water was only available from the bathroom. So... we just ordered a luke-warm 2-liter of Pepsi and poured it into cups. (no lids or straws available). The visit, unfortunately, got worse. I ordered a pizza and breadsticks for my family. Since I couldn't eat the pizza because of allergies, I ordered boneless chicken wings. The pizza and breadsticks arrived but they'd forgotten my boneless wings. They comped us a free dessert which was nice. When my chicken arrived, I asked for a fork. They said they don't have any silverware at all. I'm not sure how anyone could eat boneless wings covered in BBQ sauce. I couldn't. By then I had to get back to my booth at the convention so I left with no supper. My family finished up their food and brought mine to the hotel. I got a fork from the hotel and went upstairs to eat. It wasn't boneless wings. It was bone-in and they were terrible. I hate giving bad reviews but people need to know not to go there. Thanks for listening.

"Better ingredients" "better Pizza" I ordered my pizza on the phone tonight from this Papa John's location at Garvey center. David the man who took my order was very pleasant, professional, and helpd me with suggestions to get the pizza I wanted. And save money. Thank you Papa John's and thank you David

Ordered online and it auto sent my order to this location (not even remotely close to my house), store manager called and let me know they got my order but it was sent to the wrong papa johns location. He cancelled my order and issued a return. Decided to reorder via phone for my location and it routed my call to a call center where I proceeded to placed my order and once again my order got incorrectly sent to this location. Store manager cancelled my order once again and issued a return. He was very kind and I appreciated his help in resolving this issue. Kudos to this manager and team at this location. Corporate…. Fix your ordering system and stop routing your calls to a call center.

We waited in the lobby nearly ten minutes before we were even addressed & then we were talked out of waiting for a pizza. The employees didn't appear interested in selling to someone in person. I understand being busy on a Saturday night, but better to greet & ask your customer what they'd like than miss an opportunity to make a sale..
