I recently refinanced my car through Meritrust CU earlier this year. Theo process was seamless. I sold the vehicle last week at a premium before make my first refi-payment. I called to ensure my banking info was removed earlier today - as I purchased a new car and financed through Toyota Finance. I spoke with James at Meritrust today for assistance with the removal of my banking information - due to Toyota paying off the Meritrust loan any day now. I will say - the 54 minute on hold time was frustrating. I was able to perform my job requirements during that time without interruption while I waited on a Meritrust rep to answer my call. Thank you James for the awesome level of customer service. If I ever need financing again outside of Toyota - I will definitely contact Meritrust.

Hi Suzanne, we have not yet finalized the opening date for the downtown branch, but we expect that to happen the first half of 2020. The branch will offer interactive teller machines to complete transactions, as well as a branch team to serve the Wichita business community’s banking needs. Hi Evan, to make a self-service deposit at an eATM, you will need your Meritrust debit card and PIN. We also offer interactive teller machines that give you the capability to visit with a Meritrust teller during business hours to complete deposits and other banking transactions using your valid government ID.
