If I had the option to put zero stars for this unprofessional security company I would but unfortunately I do not. Opsec has made me feel very uncomfortable every time I go visit. As a visitor I should not feel harassed and they always seem to make me feel that way. Every time I visit I’m always questioned as to why, who, and what time I’ll be leaving the complex. Visitor parking is meant for those who come to visit I am always threatened with my car being towed which is why I always park on the street to avoid that even though i am not violating any parking signs. I am always bring watched by the security officers every time I am the complex making it seem as if im someone suspicious. This security company definitely needs some new type of training on there associates to ensure they are not making people feel this uncomfortable.

You might as well get a gun permit and use your 2nd amendment right to self defense because these guys cannot get the job done, ran out of chances to give when it concerns our safety and a contract that isnt being fulfilled . I am pretty dissatisfied with the service received and the tone of how they handle their complaints .The second star is for sending someone out again after us the residents took care of the problem ourselves.

The dollar store was awesome. For example a gallon of pace picante sauce for a dollar..and they are allowing rv to park there in back of lot. A place of safety in these uncertain times..I really appreciated that.
