I've been living here for a couple of months and I'm so impressed! I love the amenities, the community is quiet for the most part, there's beautiful trails and neighborhoods nearby (great for walking, running, or biking), and the office keeps us updated on all the events in the community. Also, my neighbors have been lovely. To top it off, the mountainous views are priceless! So far, I'm quite pleased.

We’ve lived here for almost a year now, and I absolutely love it! The grounds are always kept very clean, and maintenance responds quickly to any issues we may have, which it’s always taken a looooong time at other places I’ve lived. Definitely recommend it here!

If I could give zero stars out of 5 I would. There are unexplained billing charges on invoices. Was told trash was included to find out we actually pay $25 a month for the “Valet Trash”. There is zero parking for people who have more than 1 vehicle in their household. If you do not have a parking pass you will be asked to park in the visitor section which only has 2 parking spaces in each housing section that are always filled with residents with parking passes due to the lack of parking near homes. The biggest issue with this leasing company is their lack of accountability. We requested to go month to month which is an extra $250 a month. We paid our monthly invoices on auto pay with the $250 we agreed to the monthly increase only to find out after we moved out that we owed the company $1,000 due to their offices mistake. Absolutely ZERO accountability for the mistakes and we are expected to pay $1000 of office errors after successfully moving out weeks prior and getting approved from the office. Please look for any other rental company in Frederick MD. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

However, most of our residents find this community to be a quiet and peaceful place to call home and we have very little noise complaints. We are a pet-friendly community and welcome domestic dogs & cats with a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. One dog per apartment is allowed. Dog Policy: - Dogs shall not exceed 50 pounds in weight. The following breeds are restricted at Prospect Hall Apartments (whether full or a mix): Pitbull, Siberian Husky, Boxer, Staffordshire terrier, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Chow, Great Dane, Presa Canario, Akita, & Alaskan Malamute. A non-refundable pet fee of $300 applies and $25 pet rent applies for dogs. Fair Housing Note: Assistance dogs are exempt from this policy.

The approval process typically takes 24-48 hours.
A $49 application fee per applicant (over the age of 18) will apply. A $200 holding fee is also due with your application, which will be applied to your first month's rent when approved. If your application is declined, this holding fee will be refunded.
We do have breed restrictions as well as a 50-lb. weight limit. Please contact our leasing team directly to get our most up-to-date list of accepted breeds. A $25 monthly pet rent is applied for each dog within your home.
Yes, you need to be a resisdent and have a key fob to enter the clubhouse. Residents are allowed one guest per lease holder to these various areas.
