Great place to live. Everything that I've need resolved Shereen has assisted me with. For example, when I moved in I had an issue with the parking space that was assigned to me. Within the hour of voicing my issue to Shereen, she resolved the issue by assigning me not only a parking space much closer to my apartment, but also, a space with much more space to accommodate my larger vehicle. Thank you Shereen!

I have lived here for years and I don’t plan to move out anytime soon. This complex is truly a home to me. The staff here are working day and night to reassure that my living experience is up to standards. I have never once felt like any of the amenities within the complex dirty or have not been unattended to when service is necessary. This complex is dog friendly but unless you see the dog you will never notice the existence of them. If I need anything the resolution is always one call away and I never have to wait. If you’re looking for a stable and comfortable place to live. This is your next home.

I have lived here for 8 yrs. I love my apt and the amenities. I haven’t had any problems, a few minor issues but were taken care of immediately. The manager Karen is the best! She gets things done and really cares about her tenants. Corina in the office is very nice and helpful. Hector is fantastic, when I report something not working... He’s here! Usually same or next day! The whole Mx crew are wonderful, during this pandemic they are out sanitizing the laundry rooms, everything is always clean, no trash anywhere. The landscaping and pool area are beautiful. The tenants are really nice too.
