I had given a low review awhile back and wanted to give an update on that review. Since the incident, the owner had reached out and wanted to make things better. The Carters Pet Marts are family owned and truly care in which they proved in more than one way. This is my favorite pet store, hands down. They have a great variety of pets, pet supplies and it's a clean, organized and friendly store. If they don't have something you need, they will try and get it for you. I recommend you check them out.

I really enjoy shopping here. It's a small store feel but with competitive pricing and loads of different brands. Aquarium supplies are priced well and I've had decent luck with their fish.

Hands down, the BEST place to buy fish! Alexis and Crystal are super knowledgeable and all of the workers are so happy to help. The fish are labeled in ways that are easy to match with other fish that they will get along with! Its a smaller store,, but they well stocked and they will happily order if they don't have it. And best of all, the giant macaws will greet you with a happy "hello" as you walk in!

Great selection and super friendly staff! Owner heard my desire for a product they ran out of and was willing to order me one from their other location. Really user friendly! Expect to be coming here often.
