They completely messed up both our orders, the chicken was as hard as a hockey puck. I took one bite of my sandwich and couldn’t even bite all the way threw it. I had to throw the whole thing away. When I called to tell them (10 minutes after leaving the drive through) the guy remembered making our orders and even admitted to messing them up, refused to do anything to make the situation better, refund, or some kind of coupon. Horrible experience. I never go to burger and my boy friend does so I did for once and I’ll never be going there again.

Had north door locked had to walk around the building to get in. Waited at counter for 5 min while staff filled drive through orders. Ended up walking out, as I hit the door had a rude comment from the staff. I guess they at least finally acknowledged someone was there.

Pulled up was immediately told to wait a moment. There was literally no one in the parking lot or the drive thru line. Waited 5 mins or so and still nothing. Finally got someone to take my order. After saying "hello" 3 times. Pull up to get my food and the guy was so rude. Food was cold. Not sure what was taking their attention, but it wasn't work. Sorry I interrupted their time with having to work 🙄

Sunday morning, 8a.m. after church, ordered 4 breakfast egg&cheese croissants, no extras no drinks. Absolutely no cars in parking lot. Only one car with one passenger ahead of us in the drive-thru. It took 20 minutes for the car ahead of us to get his order, it took another 10 minutes to get our simple order. This is the worst customer service we have ever experienced!
