Belinda who is always at the cash register is one of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Each time we go in there she is beyond rude. We go to Sephora weekly and come by this store sometimes. She is dreadful. Her energy sucks.

This is the most terrible location to shop at Sephora ! If you need help to find anything just don’t go to this one, The staff will greet you but once you ask their help for something, they say they will check in the back but never get back to you. And you’ll find them doing something else or chatting with another staff. Yes not all of them are like this but most of them that helped me out was never getting back to me. Sephora Santa Monica please teach your staff to respect customers.
