Came in from out of town (work related) and just wanted to grab something before heading out. Just did a Google search and Ida's popped up. Stellar service, from all the employees but especially my server Hannah (hope I spelled that right). I ordered the chicken fried steak with homemade fries, and washed it down with ice tea. My meal came out SUPER quick, it was hot, and you could cut the steak with your fork. The homemade fries with gravy were BOMB. Even the ice tea was way above par, and Hannah hooked me up with a to go cup since I was traveling back to WV. SERIOUSLY, if you're in Woodsfield, just go there. If I'm close to that area, I'm going back, as I really love the local mom and pop places like this that serve a variety of regular folk food, at a great price, and back it all up with even better service.

Basic breakfasts I get. I am satisfied, dollar for dollar, Ida's has Mcd's beat. Shame Ida's wasn't open later. Quit wasting money at Mcd's and eat good at Ida's

What a good place to have lunch. We meet here with family and enjoyed our time here. This restaurant is next door to the mayor's office. As a child I remember this building as a little grocery store. Morrisons. Now a very nice restaurant. Good food. Down home cooking. Good service. Thank you.
