The worst customer service, brought a silver chain yesterday and today it broke. Took it back with 24 hours of purchase the cashier was so rude. We exchanged for another chain when I asked for a receipt with an attitude gave it to me but but on final sale. Like we broke the chain on purpose. And when we get home the chain was not 22 inches as the package said. I would never go back for the JUNK they say and the RUDE behavior of the staff.

Went in for a suitcase for my son and we found one that he liked. We walked around with it as we continued to shop and the manager came over and asked if we are buying it. We replied that we were still shopping but we were planning on getting it and he took it from my son and said he would hold it. There was no sign or posted policy that we couldn’t walk around with our suitcase and my son was crushed that the man was taking his suitcase. The situation was handled poorly and rudely. After the situation we decided we wouldn’t be spending any money in that store now or ever. This was our first time in the store and we will not be back.

I found a few things but it's not as good as it use to be. The prices have gone up since I last shopped here. Some hair accessories are worth the price but the purses I feel are not. The luggage use to be very reasonable but now they are not. The store just seems to have more junk now then cute stuff but that's just my opinion.

Yes they have Red Hat's. Their Hat's are seasonal and it is good to check frequently as the stock does turn over. If their isn't one on display ask one if the employees at the counter to chech inventory for you.💋🍀
