Room was very clean ac was cold staff very friendly... Only down fall which I would probably take half a star would be there's wasn't any water bottles on the vending machine or the free breakfast but other than that I will be back if need be

Oh where to start, I requested non smoking and I felt like I was in a smoking lounge from the 90’s. The tub had standing water in it. Dried liquids on the floor, random stains on floor and wall, mold/mildew stains on the ceiling, I had stated I needed ground floor or access to a ramp or elevator that also failed. I had to also wear my shoes in the room at times, if you didn’t you were tracking all sorts of things into the bed. I wish I knew this because I would have canceled and requested a refund. When we mentioned the poor quality we were told “oh I’ll get maintenance to look at that”.

DO NOT STAY HERE. For starters there are roaches. Everywhere. Especially at night. I raised this concern and they replied with "well this is a two star hotel." Which was really snarky and it was as if they already knew this problem existed. I left with bite marks going all the way down my back. I stayed one more night because they WOULD NOT give me a refund or switch my room even though I said there were roaches. I saw with my own eyes the housekeeper cleaning the tub with the same disgusting brush they cleaned with the toilet!!! This is by far the most trifling place I have ever stayed. And what makes it worst is they could care less. Save your money. Go somewhere else.

I was there for a good length of time and I must say I never had one complaint about the staff, the cleanliness or anything. Having it pet friendly and allowed only one pet made it safe for the other animals. When you have more than one pet it becomes a hazard. They knew this and that's why I respect the fact that it was one pet per person on the premises. The staff are friendly and always corrected any problem right on the spot. It was safe and the walks late at night always made me feel safer. If you read any negative reviews more than likely it's because that person didn't obey the rules and got their panties in a knot. Because there's nothing wrong with Red Roof Inn in Culpeper. I would recommend the hotel to anyone day or night. Your stay there if only for one day or two months will be comfortable.
