Cannot recommend this place enough - bought my first bike from them (a basic Trek Dual Sport 2) and everyone I've interacted with has been so kind and patience with me as a newbie starting out with the basics (you can tell this place is also great for the pros who want higher end bikes & gear). The guy who sold the bike to me (Dylan) and the owner of the shop Kristen who helped me learn some of the basics about how to properly ride and "fit" a bike were both so knowledgable and never made me feel like I was asking a dumb question (or too many of them). I had done some research before I came so was at the stage where I needed to see and feel the bike and ride it to see if it was the right feel for me. Dylan also helped me learn how to take off the front wheel and put the bike in & out of my car since that was very important for me (another reason why I went in store to buy the bike b/c I needed to see if I could carry the bike on my own in & out of the car). He didn't have to do that since there were other customers in the store, but that small thing was a big deal for me in deciding which bike to get and making sure to come back to this shop to get it. They also have a great lifetime maintenance on their bikes which was a relief for a newbie like me who doesn't know the first thing about bikes let alone maintenance. I spoke to the owner Kristen for a while and you can tell her passion for building a sense of community and the integrity that she operates the shop with. Can't wait to come back as I learn more about this world - thanks team!

Just needed tube for my tire but great service my first time in store. Tripped on raised concrete floor needs to be repaired.

Excellent service, huge bicycle collection. Lots of opportunity to test drive the bike in the parking lot, experiment with bike fit, accessories, and mounting to a car carrier. Tim took 40 minutes to make sure I got the right bike. Answered all my questions. The best bike shop I’ve ever visited and bought from.

Absolutely the best bike shop around. I spent a lot of time shopping for the right bike, and I didn't find it until I found the right people; those who really cared and knew their stuff. Kristen and staff really went above and beyond, and got me into a Project-One Trek build, that came out better than expected. The fit, once she was done, was 100% spot-on. Highly recommended.
