As a shuttle driver from SAN-LAX this has been a regular break stop for the early a.m. shuttle I drive. It has always been a pleasant experience with friendly attendants who work there until yesterday early am. 9/7/22. The attendant working by his self was rude to my passengers and refused to let my elderly Filipino passenger use their restroom claiming it was out of order. As I said I’ve used this station as a pit stop for a long time now and there has never been a problem with any attendant allowing passengers to use their restroom in the early morning. The station does post a sign on the restroom door that it’s out of service but that sign is there to prevent homeless people from using it and that was told to me from another attendant who works there. Not a good way to operate your business when an elderly person needing a restroom is denied whether or not because of the color of their skin.,,
