I waited in a long line at 9:30am just for a Wells Fargo worker to tell me I should leave and go to another Wells Fargo because they only have 4 people working that day but why do I need to leave I could of waited and had them assist me but he insisted I leave I will never come here again

I have been a WF customer since 1998 and the service is currently at it's worst state ever! The manager told me they had no intention of hiring more tellers, in fact, she said WF's new business model is to have it's customers solely on electronic or self serve service. She let me know that a 45-60 minutes wait to deposit business banking checks will be their new normal. She said to ask my clients for a "deposit only" debit card for the machine. Instead I asked my business clients to change banks!!

Tellers are nice and helpful, but horrifically understaffed. There's room for more with social distancing, but only seem to have 3 and sometimes only 2 working during prime hours. Guaranteed at minimum 45 minute wait.

My family and I need to make a wire transfer to our escrow company. Although the in person process went well, and the banker that made the transfer was very professional and very nice, the funds never transferred. It just sat in pending. In the meantime our escrow company has not received the funds. I later find out the branch manager was required to make an additional approval. I went in person to make the transfer on a Saturday. I knew very well that it probably wouldn’t hit until the next business day, Monday. However no one approved the transaction. It’s Tuesday and the funds are still sitting there and the escrow company is asking why the funds have not been transferred. I understand and appreciate the extra level of security but this approval should have been made Monday. This has held up our the process and we could potentially Loose the loan. Their negligence has put undue stress on me and my family.
