I don’t normally leave reviews but I feel people need to be aware of how people are treated at this office. I am currently going through a divorce, I have no family or friends nearby and I had to get all four of my girls into the dentist. I schedule two girls one day and two girls the next week. When we showed up to the appointment I had all four of my girls. My girls are well behaved and we came prepared with iPads, books and coloring stuff to keep the two that didn’t have appointments busy while I was with the other girls. When I arrived I was told that my children could not come back with me. I could only have the child who had the appointment and that was it. I explained my situation and the fronts desk lady was very rude. She first asked if I had someone coming to sit with them and when I said no, they will be coming back with me she said that wasn’t allowed. I asked why not and all she said was “our rooms are too small and that’s just the rule.”I told her as a single mom that makes things very difficult. She told me I could find another dentist if I didn’t like the rules. To which I replied that I couldn’t because they are the only ones who take our insurance. She then asked me if I had family that I could call (even though she already asked a similar question and got the answer that no, I don’t have anyone around). She was snippy, unapologetic and cold in her replies. Im a new single mom trying to figure things out and it is extremely hard when people are insensitive and rude, not to mention it is extremely discriminatory to tell a single mom you can’t help her because she has all her kids with her. Two extra kids is not a lot when two kids already have appointments. This rule was also not mentioned to me at the time of making the appointments. Had I known I could have made prior arrangements or scheduled appointments for when I could get help. No. Nothing. They basically just acted like it was a personal problem and they were in no mood to help.

I've been going to this clinic for a while and it's the worst so far. Such a disappointment

I love this clinic. The staff and doctors are the best! Their super friendly and always treat me as I'm family, could be I'm a regular their lol. If it's not appt for my children it's for me. I never have waited no more than 10min to get seen. I just love this place over all.

Had to go there on short notice and was seen the same day. The dental assistant and dentist were really friendly. They were really professional. I will go back in September. Why people don't know about this place is amazing. When I went it wasn't super crowded so that was good too.
