This store has good products. What it does not have anymore is enough competition to make them continue a the customer service they used to have. It's pretty hit and miss depending on the person that's helping you. And there web page is like a glossy magazine, lots of color and not enough substance. You can look up products but there is no picture and no price so its kinda useless.I have been a customer since it's beginning and am happy when small local businesses grow and succeed. It could still be better.
