the single worst internet and service i have experienced, a constant 80-90% packet loss, often over 1000ms delay, download speeds PEAK at 120kbps and after many many times contacting them, my service has gotten better for roughly two days and they otherwise say to "buy a new router" although there is zero support for this being the issue considering the last time they said i "shouldn't need a new one for 5 years" dishonest, malfunctioning, overpriced , and they get away with it because they are one of the few options available . should be criminally charged for their malpractices.

Horrible internet. This is one of the worst internet I've ever seen. All of there plans are horrible, all of them are over priced. It is pretty crazy just how much they want you to pay for 1 Mbps which they say is actually 7 Mbps. Every day my internet goes from 1 Mbps to 300 Kbps I'm paying 140 dollars a month for 300 Kbps. I have called about this multiple times and none of the employees pickup. It has now been a whole month since I have left my info.
