Sierra Pacific Great Pyrenees Rescue and the Tobin's have shopped here from day one! We buy all of our dog needs, services and food for all of the rescue dogs and our personal dogs. We also have mini-horses and this store and the owners and staff bend over backwards to help you. Craig and Dee Dee Lyman are special people and share those qualities in the treatment and service to their customers. I don't shop anywhere else and I am grateful that they are here in Granite Bay.

I've been going to Douglas Feed & Pet Supply ( formerly Douglas Ranch Supply, still is DRS to me) for at least 27 years. The new owner ( not that new) is great, in the past when a small item was left out of a delivery he personally made sure a special trip was made to bring it to me quickly. The whole staff there are friendly and knowledgeable. Although they have added a great dog, cat & ? store, I mainly deal with the original store for my horse, goats & chicks. The staff there are great, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The guys in the loading area are great also and when I get my alfalfa & feed delivered, the guys who come put everything where I want it, and are willing to move my old hay, etc., to put the new stuff where I need it, since as I get older I'm less able to do it all myself. I really appreciate how helpful they are. I highly recommend Douglas Ranch Supply.

They deliver, however, there's a travel/distance limit as well as delivery fee and minimal order.

https://www.granitebaypawspa.com/ They opened a new pet spa in the front smaller building! It looks from the website that they have lots of options. The "wash yourself" option is still available in the large main dog and cat building. They turned the rear building half into a chicken/other area and an ASTOUNDING equine (horse) building full of new and used tack, blankets, gifts, toys, clothes, grooming, supplements, vet care etc. The product availability is extensive and high quality brands. I did learn that the Schleich brand toys are mostly in the main dog/cat building, including horse toys. You can always call their phone line during business hours or check their website for more information.
They've always been nice in my experience. Sometimes they're busy and can't help right away but they get me what I need or a good substitute. I'm not overly picky about my animal products either.
