Not working on Monday. But it should.

Several mailings were lost or stolen (dropped off package into interior box) over the course of 3 months. Older female counter person was rude and condescending. She could not even take a few minutes to search in the back (no other customers waiting at the time) for my package. Unfriendly, argumentative, with a chip on her shoulder and an antagonistic attitude. If you do not question her, you'll be ok.

Lady seemed helpful at first, however, she provided wrong information to me. Now, my package is lost, and the tracking number she provided on the receipt was a guest satisfaction survey.

Terrible service, worse people. Sending smoke signals is a reasonable alternative.
