Surgery 13 months ago. All good. 3 months ago it dislocated. Painful beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. Nothing that the cute 1st responders couldn’t handle. Trip to ER with the EMTs. Drugs and Doogie Houser shows up to place it Do what they tell you. You cannot move surgery hip leg inward. Just do what you’re told.

Dr Menzner was very candid and upfront about what I needed. A total right knee replacement. Heaven knows I did not want to hear that. My father had a bilateral botched🔪 knee surgery that left him crippled for life, even after 20 more surgeries, and 3 different doctors, to correct what the first one did. I was terrified 😨! Dr. Menzer assured me that he was very competent. I did my research, and he did not let me down. He did an amazing job 👏. Now I have heard that he retired. I need my left one done. 😩 I would prefer that he does it, so I will call the office to see if he is still plugging away.

There was a mix-up with the time on my appointment. I had it down for 2 pm and the office had it for 1 pm. Everyone was so kind and got me in to see Dr Menzner and staff right away (we live 2 hours from the clinic). Got a great 1-year report plus a 10-year on my other knee he did in 2012. Dr Menzner and staff are top-notch!

Came early asked to fill out paper and the wasn't any to fill out. The MA that took me back to room did not wash his hands or review my medications. I waited for almost an hour for my appointment and still no doc. That's rediculous
