I went to get an oil change at about 5:30 p.m. after waiting on someone to come out and never did,I started to head inside and was met by a guy who said they weren't taking anymore customers even tho they close at 7 p.m. he was the manager he says. Kade, Casey or something like that. All he could say is he can't get anyone hired to help. They closed early because the two of them did not want to service anymore customers due to lack of help for the day. Bad customer service. Hours should match what's on the building. Lost my business.

They have stripped everyone of my Lug nuts on all four of my tires over the last year that I have had to have tires put on.

I took a tire to have it put on my vehicle...when the guy came out he says, "your rims are aftermarket so I will have to reversw mount them and our machine will probably put a few little dents in your rims....is that ok?" Ummm....no that's no ok....I've used them before and never been told or asked something so ridiculous! We left and went to Tire Town in Benton and received excellent customer service!

I wish I could give it a 0 they have teribal service, and apparently a lot of people were complaing about the stuff that they bought for their car breaking or stop working. In my opinion it's not the best place to go to, and I don't recommend
