I appreciate response from the owner. However it is not true. This is specifically how representative was rude: after I said that I am stuck in particular step while trying to do online purchase and asked for help she said “I don’t know why you stuck. Nobody gets stuck.” She did tell me twice that in order for me to do few hundred dollars purchase she needs picture of my ID and of my credit card, not just authorization from my credit card. Finally, the owner says that they listened to recording. There was no any mentioning that conversation will be recorded. If this is the case isn’t it conventional that it should be stated? All being said I wish success to this business. The fact that owner responded is a good sign. I just think that this particular representative should work in some other capacity. I think this is what owner should focus on rather than questioning my testimonial. Dr. Gutkovich

Horrible experience. Completely disrespectful talk from the agent. Then I was told that I need to send picture of my ID and picture of credit card because I wanted to order expensive bouquet for my fiancée so they need to check it to prevent fraud (?), all of this in a rude manner (I am surprised airlines and hotels don’t ask for that). The whole thing was as if they are doing me big favor taking $500 of my money. Right after that I called 800-Flowers and placed the same order over the phone while receiving courteous service… I guess Daniella doesn’t need customers Dr. Gutkovich

The professionalism, artistry in floral design, and the personalized attention to detail is GREATLY appreciated! The initiative taken to call the client to confirm any adjustments to existing orders testifies that this florist shop really optimizes customer service. In addition, the quality and freshness of the flowers is awesome! If you take care of them well, arrangements can last close to 2 to 3 weeks! Folks, there's a reason why florists provide the nutrient packets! I also ordered 15 boutonnieres in the last minute for next day event and florist graciously accommodated request. Order was expedited and ready by 9am! I have never been disappointed. If anything, arrangements have become conversation starters! I have made many people jealous of my mom at her job when I would send her beautiful arrangements through the services of this florist shop. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, ready and willing to provide their services if given the opportunity. Thank you always for the beautiful awesome floral arrangement coordinated for my mom's Memorial service.
