Customer service from the second I walked in was terrible. An older lady was waiting ahead of me for one of the multiple employees to actually look at her and take her order. The only good part about my visit was the fact that the food was done and sent out in a timely fashion but later found that the most negative reviewed part of their order was the overcooked, dry and unedible chicken. They either need to retrain, start from scratch or shut down this branch because it is honestly just a convenient area for college students and nothing more.

The gentleman who was working the drive thru had such an attitude when i was trying to give my order. I don't know if he was having a day or a moment but the attitude was definitely unnecessary Now the female at the window was very nice and respectful. Will not be returning.

I Ask for 8 picece bucket deal, 2 breast,2 thighs,to drums, 2 wings. When I got home, we sat to eat, there were 1 breast, 3 drumsticks 2 thighs and 2 wings. They were so dried out and the one drumstick was unbeatable. So sad...very disappointed

Terrible all the way around. Ordered regular chicken and got extra crispy. The chicken was overcooked and dry - not in any way moist. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Manager told us it was our fault for not checking before we left the drive thru. Will never go back and do not recommend anybody else go there either.
