Mr. Nasty

Management and staff are snotty and combative. I went thru the drive up and an employee screamed into the microphone and laughed. They never took my order. I had to go to the 1st window to get someone's attention. I then ordered. When i got my order, my burger was cold and I asked for a warm one. They reheated it until the wrapper was charred, cheese was burnt into the wrapper, and it was too hot eat. The burger was still hot 55 minutes later.

Just went through the drive through (7/10/22, 5:45pm). Had issues with our mobile order (got the wrong sandwich). Went inside to request a new one and the MANAGER argued with me over the counter for 5 minutes, then purposely crushed the sandwich I did receive and sent me away. Calling corporate now. Save yourself some time and go to Wendy's right down the road. TERRIBLE SERVICE. The photo attached is what I received after the MANAGER crushed my sandwich after arguing with me over whether or not it was the right one.

NEVER AGAIN .MAKE HAMBURGER WITH A TOP AND A BOTTOM .NOT 2 BOTTOMS OR 2 TOPS .KEEP YOUR GAYNESS TO YOURSELF .JUST MAKE THE FOOD DONT NEED THE GAYNESS .YOU GO WOKE AND YOU WILL GO BROKE.

Update.. they made it right as they could and the chicken sandwich is good Well... I'm sitting here waiting for food. Watching people for 20 minutes come in after me .... Getting their food. So ... Nice service. The lady who took my order gets the star ⭐ ... Ridiculous. Fast food.... Not so much.
