What a fiasco! The AAA in Eastvale is horrible! I went to Eastvale once before and they were rotten. Nothing has changed the staff is rude and not helpful at all with the exception of one lady. What was one document at AAA Riverside turned out to be four documents and three visits at AAA Eastvale. Additionally, the last AAA clerk we saw told us to go to the DMV then come back. We completed what she told us to do without going to the DMV. We did it online. Completed the orders she barked out. It took us about a minute to complete the DMV form just outside of the AAA office doors. This person couldn't have said go to DMV online? Unfortunately, we ended up with the same clerk that would turn around talk to coworkers. She even turned to the man checking in AAA customers and talked to his customers. Very unprofessional. I usually go to Riverside because their staff is more efficient, competent, professional and courteous. The staff at the Riverside AAA office are friendly as well and ensure that they answered all your questions and taken care of your needs.

AAA is so much more convenient and it is certainly a faster way of taking care of the business with my car than the DMV. Until recently, I didn't know Eastvale shopping center had one. Very nice

Katie in customer service helped me with my credit application. She was extremely polite, very helpful, professional and answered all my questions. I was impressed to see her name tag said she was in training, because I wouldn't have known it with her excellent service. She was easy to understand when she spoke, which is important to me because I've had customer service at other businesses and had to keep asking them to repeat what they said, because their accents were so hard for me to understand. Keep up the great job AAA.
