Little disappointed after this last visit. I wasn't planning on coming in but thought I could use new hair products. Go on with the gf, she walks to her makeup section I walk to the men's section for face. Then make my way to the shampoo and conditioner isle. Noticed security followed me, mind you I never had an issue before. Past female security never followed me around. First time I had a person on my tail. Didn't stop me from buying what I originally set out to.

I just moved to the area I decided to get my haircut here and eyebrows waxed. Boy was that a big mistake I have naturally curly hair and I stress that to my stylist she didn’t know too much about curly hair so that should be my first red flag to get out of the chair but we’re just keeping it basic take us all the weight off and she chopped my hair the right side of my hair the length is so choppy my hair just lays flat now. Then I walked over to get my eyebrows waxed at the benefit bar and the girl working there never acknowledged me so I just stood there and waited she walks over and said do you have an appointment And I said yes I do and she goes time wow she’s real friendly she never spoke a word to me she said sit in the chair I sat in the chair she explain nothing to me she just walked over and told me too close my eyes she start doing her measurements totally unfriendly and when she’s all done she told me I’m sorry I pulled your skin and I had a big sore already starting on my eyelid like a half inch long and she told me a name of an ointment to get at the pharmacy I having been getting my Eyebrows waxedfor years never had this problem before I will never return to this location for anything even hair products nails products whatever I will go out of my way and go to another location very very disappointed now I have to let this problem my hair grow out and now I have to take care of this big sore on my eyelid.

Every time I show up and have that look on my face somebody asked me if they can help, and I tell him well I think I know where it is but I need this and I hold up my empty bottle and they take me right to it. I enjoy the personal service and not having to wander through the store aimlessly lost.
