Horrible customer and automotive service!!!!! Took my Honda fit for a routine oil change and for the first time a spark plug replacement. Now, I may be a female, but I'm not new to basic automotive work. The dealership took my car at 745 am. I told this lady what my car needed and she said OK. I asked her how much is it going to be. She replied, I don't know, I'll call you when I know. First, the will do the inspection and find out everything you need done, then you will get the estimate. I thought, OK cool. I get a call around 430pm telling me my car is ready and they are test driving it, they will call me once the paperwork is finished and ready to pick up. The text and Emil for the inspection report is sent stating its ready. At this point I'm just glad my car is ready. I go to pick up my car and the total is 886$ for a basic tune up for 2017 honda fit. Wtffff!!!! I was mad! None of the none of the automotive repair act procedures were followed and yes, I'm looking into filling a complaint!! This is not right!!!

I purchased a new 2021 and this has been the worst purchase I’ve made and it’s not the car it’s the dealership I was told I had this extended lan that was added into the contract it’s a 4 for 1 plan I asked repeatedly and was told yes come to find out I have a 3 for 1 . I think the finance person was to busy counting the $20,000 that was put down nothing else mattered so now they trying to rip me off if I want to get that 4plan it’s not right if I could give them this car back I would and get my money and take my business elsewhere and on top of that I purchased the maintenance plan and they was about to charge me for an oil change I will be contacting the automotive bureau about this if no one gets in contact with me I shouldn’t have to keep calling when I left a return number. This DEALERSHIP PPL PLEASE WATCH IT WITH THEM ..
