Made an appointment through their website to fix my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 screen. Greeted by friendly and knowledgeable workers ready to help however possible. Dropped off phone, came back two hours later to pick up as it was ready, and I was surprised. Phone looks great and somehow brand new. No complaints! Coming back to support this business again. :)

I bought a battery from this place it was two months old and it would not take a charge. I went to a Automotive repair shop to have my charging system check because I thought there might be a problem with my car. After they inspected the charging system they said the battery was bad, they said it had a shorted cell and it was battery frailer. I returned to the store with the 2 month old battery and they said where was no warranty because it was dead, they would not exchange it I will never go here again very bad customer service don't go here very bad business practice
