COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!! Came in two weeks after being seen at this exact location with the same issues and instead of the doctor doing his job and making sure I get treated for my issue I came in for he proceeded to ask for paperwork to allow my 6 POUND SERVICE DOG inside. Mind you he was fully vested and also have shown front desk his badge for that once since I came in to that location a few times before and he said no he wanted a doctor letter. Then while I’m asking him why we’re having this conversation he tells me to “GET OUT”…. THAT WAS THE OWNER!!!!!! Also let medical board know of the issue and investigation will be done on this. Called several times to verify that as a solano county resident I could use the urgent care. Was told on several occasions that outside residents can come in at 5 pm on weekdays or any time over the weekend. Once I needed to be seen I was told solano county residents will not be seen. Healthcare barriers are a sign of incompetence. I wouldn’t recommend this location as they have no regard to wasting your time even as you suffer.

The check- in nurses were very kind and personable. While tolerating a toothache a couple weeks, a friend recommended this location because the location and time of hour it was. Here I was looking to get relief from my pain because an appointment with a dentist would not be available for another two weeks. After checking in and meeting the on duty Dr… Upon request, I was asked a series of questions and schooled on the type of relief I would be prescribed. I could not believe I was feeling like I was being under an investigation and felt as if being dissuade from requesting some pain meds. I did receive the prescription but not without leaving feeling a like a third class citizen. I’m a little hurt and disappointed with this visit.

West Sacramento Urgent Care is my number one choice whenever we have an u expected illness or accident and can’t see our primary care physician. (These things seem to always happen on the weekends 😩) Rarely do I have to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen. You can make a visit reservation online before you even go. Medical team is professional and very skilled. Receptionists are great! Clean, modern facility. We’ve gone more times than I’d like to admit but so thankful they are there. They’ve taken the stress out of emergency room visits for us!! Highly recommend (as you may be able to tell 😃😃)
