It was a beautiful place with a fairly good serving size and a fairly small menu. Doesn't serve beer or wine and every dish comes with a vegan variation. Stuffed parathas and kulcha were quite huge in size and even the bread pakoda as a starter was a large quantity but the bread was hard. The split pea soup as well as the lentil soup was basically thick like a dal and not thin like a soup but you seriously don't need a curry with the parathas because the chutney they serve with it is sufficient and tasty too provided one like a sweet, sour and mildly spicy chutney. Basically a fully Indian style place with surprisingly no Indian staff.

Delicious vegetarian dishes! Both the protein burrito and Kung Pao Chicken were amazing. Very flavorful. We asked for it to be spicy and they definitely delivered. Based on the reviews I'm sure the other dishes are just as yummy. We also tried the masala chai and it was quite shocking how good it tasted. I come from an Asian background so finding a good masala chai similar to one that my mom makes is hard to find. I highly recommend eating here whether you are vegetarian or not. The seating and ambience here is very cute and homey type feeling. The staff is very kind and hospitable. You will not regret dining here!

Delicious flavors and huge portions. I’m not vegetarian but it’s still one of my favorite restaurants in the area. As some other reviews mention, the wait can be long. But you can call and order ahead and still eat inside.

Yummmmm. She even squeezed fresh lemons for me to have a lemonade. I ate too much. Want more. Do I come back in the morning?

Well, if you have an appetizer and an entree, you'll be paying somewhere between $15-20 very well invested dollars. The food is absolutely delicious, a breath of fresh air for this part of upper Orange County, NY. I highly recommend it..........especially the dal (lentil based) and tofu curry. Fantastic. You'd do well, and are encouraged, to consider ordering about a half hour before arriving.....or be prepared to wait a while. ALL their food is cooked fresh, as ordered.
