Very good, but VERY expensive. More than you would pay in the NY Metro area for a comparable experience. Food was very good, except for the carpaccio which was smothered under a mountain of arugula -- the filet was barely evident. Menu was nice but not lavish, more dishes would definitely have been welcome. Service was good, not spectacular. The dining room was warmly decorated & reminiscent of the best traditional formal restaurants. The place was hopping. If you go, make a reservation.

Wow what a unexpected treat! The food was fantastic, and the service was friendly. We cannot wait to go back for another amazing Italian dinner evening.

We happened to be at the Casino this weekend and I had found this restaurant via Google. If you are from the city like we are, this place definitely seems in the middle of nowhere on a dark night. However it is well worth the Google Maps to venture out and leave the casino. Very cozy on cold winters night.... Service was outstanding!!! Ambiance was romantic and food was fresh and amazing! 5 Stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My wife and I escaped to the Catskills for our 29th anniversary. We made reservations at Solaia for our anniversary dinner. We began by ordering cocktails. My Manhattan was pure perfection. My wife's Vodka Collins was spot on. We decided on the roasted artichoke hearts as an appetizer. (Pic 1) It comes with 3 on the plate. I have never seen them served like this before. It presented beautifully and this dish was amazing!!! For dinner, I ordered the Grilled Scallops over Fettuccini. (Pic 2) The scallops were succulent and cooked perfectly. The Fettuccini was superb. There was so much flavor in this dish that I was sad to see it was gone...ok, devoured. For dessert I ordered the Tiramisu. (Pic 3) This was one of the best I have ever had. It was so delicious and light. If you find yourself in the Catskills be sure and make reservations at Solaia. (Pic 4) The food is amazing, the atmosphere is beautiful, and the service is simply outstanding.
