First time going to this DD and the Associate was by himself and the reason I give 4 stars 🌟 is because, this Associate never lost his temper or his kool, even thought the store looked dirty floors but what I don't understand they always do this, and it was a weekend that they should have to Associate working @ all times regardless... and people were coming in and he never lost his patience and as I was leaving even a police officers was going in.. So I tip my hat to him, Good job!!!

I don't get coffee out that often but when I do this is my go to place. It is a quick walk from my office and the staff is always friendly. The line can be long but I use the app to order ahead and skip the line. The few times I have got food it has tasted above average compared to other Dunkin's.

We ordered the ham and cheese grilled cheese sandwiches today, were not offered our receipts, and were dismissed from the counter without a word. We received the regular grilled cheese, but were still charged 5 dollars per sandwich - the price with ham. We called and were told to come back and pick up the right sandwiches - but this is still an inconvenience regardless. We also ordered three donuts and received two at first. We asked for a third donut and got a distasteful look from the employee. Either way, glad to get the right sandwiches eventually. The walk there and back and there and back? Not worth.

This D/D is soso.. Each and every time I order hot tea it's filled to the top and spills. It's not necessary to fill a cup to the top where it spills over each and every time. Make no sense at all. In addition, my one and only time ordering food (vegan sandwich) parts of the english muffin was so hard I couldn't eat it. Do better guys!!
