My son had an earache and we originally went to a different urgent care where the wait was over 3 hours. Decided to try another urgent care that took my insurance. It was my first time going here and it was surprisingly fast, under an hour which is great for an urgent care. The staff was friendly, professional and prompt. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for fast, immediate care with friendly professional staff. Got seen and was able to pick up my son's Rx at my local pharmacy on my way home.

If I could give negative stars I would. This place is so unprofessional and does not care about they’re patients at all. Out of all the staff members there was only one nurse that was nice to us. (Me and my 1 year old baby). The incident happened quite a while ago but I left a long explanation of what happened on there FB page. Just decided to inform people that this place is disgusting and THE STAFF DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR KIDS. My baby girl had multiple symptoms and needed help. After waiting 3 hours!! We finally got seen by this tall Caucasian male who was RUDE AND CONDESCENDING talking to me with complete disrespect!! HE TOLD ME TO LEAVE AND NEVER COME BACK AS HE SLAMMED THE DOOR! I WAS IN TEARS! I asked for his name at the front desk and the lady that worked at the front desk at the time was also very RUDE and told me ““ IF YOU REALLY CARED ABOUT YOUR KID YOU WOULD TAKE HER TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM”” I was in complete shock because my daughter had multiple symptoms but it wasn’t life threatening for her to say that, also the way she said it was just horrible!! I am a very good person but at that point I wanted to slap her!!! I called H.R AND SPOKE TO MARIE BUT SHE DID NOTHING!! WHAT A HORRIBLE PLACE!! I was able to take my daughter to a real doctor and they cared for her unconditionally UNLIKE THIS URGENT CARE!!
