My shipment has been sitting at the local terminal for 2 weeks. I finally got a delivery date for today and, surprise, no package. I finally talked to someone and they said it didn’t make it on the truck so it would be delivered tomorrow!

Poorest And Rudest I have ever dealt with, They always say you get what you pay for, Consumers Beware, Driver was the rudest person on the face of the earth, Said this is as far as I go and if you don't like it I'll take the order back with me, so that I told him to do, No one should have to put up with one as I had today 10/25/19 at 11:20 am, Immediately contacted his terminal then contacted our supplier about the actions of a so called customer service/delivery driver. I just pray and hope that he's searching for a new job come Monday morning... Please to those who read this DO NOT USE SAIA!!! You have been warned..

Got Saturday service - excellent driver. Per the shipping agreement, could have dropped the couch at the beginning of my gravel drive - instead, used his own pallet jack to bring it to my door. Above and beyond. . .thank you.
