Glass Doctor staff were professional and very responsive. I brought my car in with a good sized rock strike chip. They took the car right away and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Can hardly tell where the strike was. Very pleased on all accounts!

I am so thrilled with the Glass Doctor. Came in to schedule an appointment for a chip in my truck and they immediately fixed my window! Two other glass repair shops were over a week out. It was wonderful doing business with them.

Pricing was better than competition and the service was top notch. Twice they gave me 4 or 5 hour time windows and came in the first two hours both times. So nice not to spend half your day waiting for someone to show up. We got a shower door, they told us 4-6 weeks before it would be ready, it was ready in 10 days. All employees we worked with were great. I would and already have highly recommend them. Thanks for the great work!

Glass Doctor can handle almost every year, make and model for recalibration, they will bill your insurance, replace the windshield and perform the recalibration in the same appointment.
They have always worked with my insurance for me even filed the claim for me.
Unfortunately, tempered safety glass, by design, cannot be cut. It is designed to break into small pieces when cut or broken to reduce the risk of significant injuries to the person breaking it. Using safety glass, of which “tempered” is one type, is mandated by state building codes in specific applications like doors, sidelights, showers, etc. Please call Glass Doctor if you want more information on this topic.
Yes! We do replace rollers if needed. Of course, we try to clean the tracks and rollers and adjust first. If that does not work, we will discuss replacing the rollers for you.
Scratch removal in residential glass and light commercial applications is not a commercially viable solution. Basically, it is labor-intensive and not very successful. Furthermore, if the customer is not satisfied with the result, they are understandably not willing to pay for the time and materials invested by the glass company. Scratch removal and scratch buffing systems exist; however, they are typically only practical in warehouses, industrial, and on larger commercial glass projects. Please call our Glass Doctor office if you would like a more detailed explanation.
We specialize in glass replacement. We can, in most cases, remove the glass from the frame and install new glass. Your existing window sash will remain.
I have a bathroom mirror measuring 33" high x 52" wide. I would like to have it cut into two mirrors, measuring 33" x 26". I understand that the mirror can break during cutting and accept that. Can you please provide an estimate for this cutting?
Yes we do Frans. We'll give you a call on Tuesday to get something set up. Thanks!
