We moved into our new home in January 2022. I reached out to four separate providers of window coverings, and only Blindsource responded to my request for a quote. Our contact and installer, Dave, set expectations on timing, delivery and installation. He was proactive in all communications and provided excellent recommendations to meet our needs. We have been extremely satisfied with our window coverings and Blindsource exceeded our expectations in customer service and a quality product. We would highly recommend Blindsource for all window covering needs in southwest and west central Idaho.

Love my 4" shutters. Took a bit of time to get, but they look great. Very helpful with suggestions on which style and size to get. Installers were always friendly when showing up and clean when they leave. Highly recommend.

Danny with Blindsource was incredible to work with. There were circumstances that could have prevented him from showing up to do our install, however instead of delaying us he came and did the entire install himself. Our shutters are absolutely beautiful. He was very professional and thorough throughout the entire process with explaining the maintenance and proper care for our new shutters. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who’s in the market for window coverings.

I’m not one to typically write a review, but I feel this company deserves the credit. They provided blinds in 3 homes for me over the years. They are professional, detailed oriented, timely, and very helpful. I’ve never had issues with an order. They always show up on time. If I have any issues with a blind they come fix it no questions asked. In a time when good quality service is hard to find they continue to go above and beyond for the client. I can’t recommend this company enough.
