Hey I just moved to butler and pay alot of bills and just wanted to find a cheap or free puppie for my son this lady was about to give me one the other day then as soon as I called her she said she gave it to family so I want a puppie I got a baby as well and want him to grow up liking dogs just like I did

Call local humane shelter they should be able to provide you a phone number for the local animal police for lack of the correct name...You will need to provide your name and address of the neglect
