My husband and I purchased a table on line, and when we received it, it was damaged. We then were told to come to your location to return it or exchange it. You did not have another one in stock, so we were not to happy about that. We were told all the patio furniture had gone on clearance, and there was nothing left, even in the warehouses. I had previously spent over $600.00 on bar stools to go with this table, so to say the least. Michael Hall the Assistant Store Manager with the help of Darla in your return department helped us to make it all right. They both went above and beyond to make sure were were satisfied with the outcome and handled the situation very professionally. Thank you both Michael and Darla. We will definitely be back to shop at your store.

I would never recommend purchasing any appliance from Lowes ever. My family bought a matching stove and microwave from the eagle road Lowes, and when the 3rd party installer arrived and opened the box the microwave looked like it had been caved in with a sledge hammer. He said it was "the third time this has happened with a Lowes appliance in the last few weeks" he came back with another one a week later and only after installing noticed that it wouldn't start. Then realized there was a very hard to see dent in the side of the unit that had damaged the internals so it won't actual turn on. This is absolutely ridiculous at this point and not the installers fault at all. Lowes needs to get it together. Now I have to reheat my leftovers with the heat of my own rage.

Always great customer service. Often best prices. Quality of Lumber superior to Home Depot (no need to sort through heavy boards to find straight ones). Well lit, clean and organized. Great garden section. Easy returns unlike Home Depot who often doesn't stand by their return policy but instead refers you to some outsourced company who never does respond. Am now exclusively a Lowes shopper for DIY projects

We had a plumbing emergency tonight, and all Home Improvement Stores were closed, except for Lowes. My husband drove over and arrived with about 3 minutes before the store was closing, and was helped by Robert in Plumbing. We are blown away by his service, which is rare these days. He was calm, supportive, and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. Huge thanks to both Kevin (Assistant Manager) & Robert (Plumbing) for all of your help! My husband paid and left the store right at closing. We will definitely be doing more shopping at this store.
