As a commercial customer I was treated terrible by Cody in the back room while I was dropping off 5 quarts of oil. Very rude to customers will never call for parts again from this location! And after leaving the store my Sales ordered parts and they delivered the oil I just dropped off. . What a unprofessional way to run a Big store !

I normally have an amazing time in this store. But lately I don’t know his name his shirt says assistant manager on it. He is very rude impatient and acts like everyone else is below him or stupid. Should really train on customer service. This is now the fourth time it’s happened.
