This is my second visit to Lakewood park. Awesome stay at a wooden cabin. Cabin is very cozy. Family cabin is equipped with a queen bed, sofa bed, cooking range, a fridge and a microwave. Enjoyed fishing at lake. Fireworks on 4th July were awesome.

From the moment my fiancée and I entered the venue we were warmly greeted by Karen. She is such a kind helpful soul. We fell in love with the venue, the scenery, and it's gorgeous nooks and crannies. Beautiful building, pretty location. Great place for a wedding reception for an outdoorsy look. Snow on the ground outside provided a beautiful backdrop.

It's the site where the Bavarian Festival was celebrated, which kicked off in the 70s. It was always Lakewood Park, back to the 50s and even earlier.
