Calista was very helpful in assisting with my first vape purchase. Great tutorial on how to use the gear and insight into the subtleties and unwritten tricks to prolong the life of the coils and flavor/vape tailoring. I would have appreciated a little more support in navigation of the different juice options, because I was quite overwhelmed with the options, but there wasn't a question I had that she didn't immediately have the answer to. Thanks for everything.

Service is phenomenal. Staff here are friendly, knowledgeable, and have experience. I've come in looking for specific products and with no clue what I wanted, and left happy every time. I gladly cross town to save money and have access to this awesome selection.

Best selection in town. A bit pricey but if you can afford it the other vape stores definitely dont have half the flavors this place carries.

I have to say, I've not been INSIDE the store yet, but I've called a few times looking for items that are not typically carried in local shops. I must say, Callie and the fella (I'm sorry I've blanked on his name all of a sudden!) We're insanely kind, took time to answer ALL my questions, which was quite a lot. They took their time, friendly knowledgeable, honest, etc. Also, the one item they did have in the wrong color was pretty close to the same cost as online. Which is really awesome. It was an RTA Even tho they didn't have what I needed this time, we WILL be coming in just to give them some patronage at some point, because my phone experiences have been so positive I feel it's important to support our local shops.
