I have a feeling the bad reviews are just trolls. This place is nice and the staff is very thoughtful and caring. As long as you treat the workers with respect and as humans they will treat you the same back. All in all I love the Bugatti cake I picked up!

I placed an order for pickup on doordash. When I arrived and picked up my order it was made incorrectly. I was missing ice cream. When I told the young brunette with glasses, that my order was messed up she replied that it wasn't. I went to my car to get my phone to confirm that the order was indeed messed up. When I returned back into the restaurant she said oh you did order more. She had an attitude the whole time she was making the order. YET I still left a tip, she didn't say have a good day or thank you for the tip. Which I should have reached in that bucket and took it back because the customer service there is trash straight trash. They only get two stars because the praline n cream ice cream is so delicious! Work on the customer service because the great customer service is what keeps people returning.
