This place came highly recommended from the locals. My grandmother turned 87 and I took her to Napa to have the Napa experience. We did wine, the gondola ride, and of course lunch. The service was quick and friendly. Food was so good and tasted so fresh. My grandmother oohh'd and ahhh"d about her chicken. She took her left overs to go but ended up eating them before we got home. She said it was too good to wait. We will definitely return next time we are in the area.

This is what i expected from New American foods in terms of presentation, component used in the food, cooking style. you can get in one bite lots of flavor and taste, texture from Peruvian, Mexican, Japanese, American, etc,. Chicken sandwich was my taste! Staffs are so attentive. They know what they are doing.
