Nothing express about this place at all. Went to the desk when arriving they wrote down the number from the appointment barcode in my email had me sit down for half hour then called me up to ask for my info again now sitting down again and going on another half hour waiting just for a drug test. Calling the better business bureau soon as I Am out of here which will probably be another hour til I’m actually seen.

Watch your “bills” from these people. They’ll send you a threatening and vague invoice 1+ years after visit date that only has an amount and demands immediate payment — no itemized or detailed statement whatsoever… Getting an itemized statement from MedExpress is like pulling teeth. Finally got them to send me one, only to find they used a wrong billing code and are trying to charge me for a significantly longer visit than I actually had! Very questionable billing practices, to say the least… Eventually they turn it over to a debt collector, which is fine by me… They’re not getting a cent until they adjust the bill to be correct. Be very skeptical and wary of any invoices MedExpress sends you demanding immediate payment — there is a very good chance they’re trying to charge you much more than you should have been charged. Ask to see an itemized & detailed statement and dispute any erroneous charges. Do not simply pay whatever they’re trying to demand of you. Wonder what the insurance companies would think of their practices of charging for far more service than was actually provided…

I showed up when they first opened on Saturday. The front desk informed me that no one except the front desk has had made it in yet. She then recommended I try back in an hour. When I stated how much pain I was in she referred me down the street to Urgent Care where I received prompt quality care. I am very grateful she put my needs. Before the company. She could have let me sitting in my car for hours not knowing they were waiting for a doctor and nurses to show up to work.

Came in at opening time. Arrived at 8:05 A.M, and I was sitting inside my car for 2 hours. Seeing other people get in before me, my symptoms got worse while waiting for my turn. I have never had to wait so long at this MedExpress on particular. If I could leave no stars I would. This experience was beyond explainable. I could've slept in my car before I was even attempted to be seen. Other people getting priority over me when I'm symptomatic for covid.

Yes I get mine done there
MedExpress is offering COVID-19 evaluations and testing at designated centers to help support our local communities' health care needs amid the pandemic. In order to ensure individuals receive the highest-quality care and treatment, all individuals seeking care at MedExpress for known or suspected COVID-19 cases will receive an examination by a MedExpress health care professional who will determine if testing is needed and which testing method may be most appropriate, including rapid antigen and laboratory send-out PCR COVID-19 testing. Please note that for the most accurate COVID-19 test results, the CDC and the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) recommend that individuals who are not showing symptoms, but who have had close contact with an individual who has tested positively for COVID-19, wait five to seven days after the known exposure to get a COVID-19 test. Additionally, the CDC and AAFP recommend self-quarantining for 14 days after a known exposure to COVID-19, even if no symptoms are present.

i do not knoe
Ty and yes very good service. I will call them or maybe go in tomorrow
I don't think Google Maps is the place for this question. I'd try the website, for the phone number if not hours and Drs. If you call once open they should be able to better answer your question.
