BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !! I ASKED FOR A PRICE TO MAKE A REPAIR AND I THOUGHT IT WAS TOO EXPENSIVE , AFTER I ASKED HIM WHY IT WAS SO EXPENSIVE , HE GAVE IT BACK TO ME AND TOLD ME TO GO SOMEPLACE ELSE , THEN HE WALKED AWAY

I gave him the job to redesign my engagement ring into a platinum one. Not only was I charged over $1k for parts and labor, but it came out terrible. The weight of the platinum I was quoted at another place was only $200. I feel so ripped off.
